Dan Renberg is a partner at Arent Fox, LLP, a D.C. law firm, where he helps run the Government Relations practice group, and serves a wide variety of clients on issues pertaining to health care, tax, energy, higher education, transportation, economic development, and export finance.
For nearly 25 years, Mr. Renberg has worked in Washington, D.C. in public service or as an advocate before the Congress and Executive Branch. A former Legislative Director and Deputy Chief of Staff to Senator Arlen Specter (R-PA), and a former Presidentially appointed member of the Board of Directors of the U.S. Export-Import Bank, Mr. Renberg has helped numerous corporate and nonprofit clients since joining Arent Fox as a partner in 2003. Recognized as a top federal lobbyist, Mr. Renberg’s advocacy efforts have been included as one of the “Top 10 Lobbying Triumphs of 2009” by The Hill. Additionally, he has been listed for his government relations work in The Best Lawyers in America, the nation’s oldest peer-review directory for lawyers, from 2014-2019. His love of space exploration started with the Apollo program and continues to this day, making his service on the Challenger Center Board of Directors a true passion.
