First and foremost, we would like to recognize The Bodman Foundation of New York, NY, for providing the financial support to create this web site, and Einson Freeman, Inc. of Paramus, NJ, for designing a range of graphic materials for PACCT.

Additionally, we take this opportunity to acknowledge four New Jersey school districts who partnered in the development phase of PACCT. They are Paterson, Plainfield, River Edge and Wyckoff. A team of representatives from each district provided guidance and feedback for curriculum development, training materials and most importantly, outreach strategies. They were also the Year 1 test sites.

More recently, Janice Huff and NBC-TV provided key support in the production of a PACCT video. The New Jersey Space Grant Consortium has partially supported the production of the video, the production of classroom posters and the translation of selected program activity sheets into Spanish. NJ-NSCORT has provided scholarship funding for families in qualifying, under-served school districts and girl scouts, and partial support for Spanish translations.

We would also like to recognize the members of the PACCT Advisory Board. This group of over 20 professional educators is comprised of senior representatives from the four Model Districts; Directors and senior specialists from numerous MST and family-focused projects and associations (including NJ SSI); executives from technology-based corporations; curriculum design specialists from the NASA Center for Educational Technology; and Challenger Center and its Learning Center network. We salute them for their unselfish contributions of personal time and continuing, experienced support.

Most importantly, we acknowledge the National Science Foundation for funding PACCT, and Linda Morris (Project Director), Carol James and Dr. Hilarie Davis for creating and proposing it.
